EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITH QUANCE MUSIC MINISTRIES

BOOKING AGENTS WANTED:

 

QUANCE MUSIC MINISTRIES is currently seeking individuals to help in the scheduling of concerts by Christian singer Patrick D. "Pat" Quance.

Obviously, no matter how "good" a musician is, most people he has never met will not take his own word for it, especially when it comes to paying him money to "perform". With this in mind, what is needed is the testimony of several objective third parties who have heard the music of this ministry, and are honestly convinced of its musical and spiritual quality.

From now through December 31, 2010*, for every concert scheduled as a result of your referral, Pat Answers, the parent company of Quance Music Ministries, will pay you a REFERRAL BONUS, consisting of 50% of the net profit** from offerings or other income received from that concert.

*This period will be extended indefinitely for individuals effectively fulfilling this need for booking agents by 12/31/2010, but Patrick D. Quance retains the right to adjust the referral bonus percentage up or down, at his discretion, after December 31, 2010, merely as a precaution. After that date, please contact us, to verify the current referral bonus percentage, before arranging a new concert date.

**"Net profit" consists of all income Patrick D. Quance receives for that concert, minus all related travel, lodging, and meal expenses incurred by Pat and his wife Nancy, to and from Staples, Minnesota.

Please be aware that this is not a traditional employer-employee arrangement, but that payment will be considered as "for services rendered", and that therefore:

1. There are no fringe benefits, and

2. You are responsible to pay any and all income tax you incur.

That having been said, the ideal candidate(s) will be someone who :

1. understands and believes in the mission and goals of Quance Music Ministries (see Home and Bio pages);

2. can take the initiative in contacting individual pastors, churches, and other related organizations, to promote the work of Pat Quance in a polite, professional, and informative yet concise manner, bearing in mind that pastors are VERY busy people, with funerals, counseling appointments, etc.

3. is well-organized, keeping accurate track of potential clients' current contact information, Pat's existing commited dates, etc. To this end, frequent communication with Pat is not only acceptable, but indeed appreciated.

After every concert you "book" (schedule), we will pay you your bonus as soon as possible. Our goal is to do so within 48 hours to one week after that concert.
